Collection and use of personal data from customers, suppliers, and other contractors
We would like to inform you that we will collect and use the personal data you provide to us because this is necessary to enter into and execute any agreement with you. This applies to both our (potential) customers and parties from whom we purchase goods and/or services.

If you are a (potential) customer of ours, we use your data to send you a quotation, to determine which specifications or requirements a particular product or service must meet, to deliver goods or perform work for you, to invoice you, and to communicate with you quickly and efficiently about the execution aspects of the agreement.

If you are a (potential) supplier or other contractor, your personal data is also necessary for the conclusion and execution of the agreement. In the case of procurement, this is necessary to let you know which specifications or requirements a particular product or service must meet as far as we are concerned, to send you a request for a quotation or to place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to communicate with you quickly and efficiently about other aspects of the agreement.

You are not obliged to provide us with your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with sufficient personal data, it is possible that we may not be able to carry out the aforementioned activities.

Disclosure to third parties
In connection with the execution of any agreement with you, it is possible that we may need to provide your personal data to parties who supply parts, materials, and products to us or who perform work on our behalf. Furthermore, we use external server space for the storage of (parts of) our sales and purchasing administration, of which your personal data is a part. For this reason, your personal data is provided to our server space provider. We also use Microsoft Office and the associated storage options for emails and other files.

Direct marketing
We do NOT use your personal data for general marketing purposes. We will therefore NOT inform you by email about our existing and new products and services or make you any offers in this regard.

Job applications
If you apply for a vacancy, we will collect the data necessary to process your application. We will delete this data within 4 weeks after the completion of the application procedure.

Retention period of personal data
If you have requested a quotation from us but have not become a customer, we will delete your data no later than five years after our last contact. Likewise, if we have received a quotation from you but have not become your customer, your personal data will be deleted no later than five years after our last contact. If you have become our customer or we have become yours, we will retain your personal data for 20 years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you was fully executed. After this period, we will delete your personal data.

Your rights
You have the right to request access to your own personal data. If there is reason to do so, you can also request us to supplement your personal data or to correct inaccuracies. In addition, you have the right to request the erasure of your personal data or to restrict the use of your personal data. You can also object to the collection and use of your data or file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Finally, you can request us to obtain your personal data or to transfer that data to another party. Of course, you can also contact us with questions or for more information about the collection and use of your personal data.

Use of cookies
We use cookies on this website. A cookie is a simple small file that is sent along with pages of this website and stored by your browser on the hard drive of your computer. The information stored therein can be sent back to our servers on a subsequent visit.
